First, what makes us special is that you have choice when shopping with us. You can visit us in our Rosedale store at 1278 Yonge St, 2nd Floor, or have a style consultant come to you. Our experienced style consultants can help guide you in your choices. After you place your order, in about 4 weeks you will have a second fitting to ensure everything fits as it should, and to make any necessary adjustments. After the second fitting you take delivery of your suit. If any adjustments are needed, they are done locally and typically completed within 3-5 days. The cost of any adjustments is included in the price of your suit (our perfect fit guarantee).

Your tailored suit will be ready in about 4 weeks, and sometimes sooner. Tailored shirt orders are typically ready in less than 3 weeks. We will contact you as soon as your garment has been finished to notify you that it is ready for collection.

We are not happy until you are happy with your purchase. We offer a PERFECT FIT GUARANTEE, where we will bear the cost of any reasonable alterations so that your garment fits you perfectly as per your specifications. Alterations take 3-5 days to complete and your order will then be either delivered to you or made available for pick up.

At this time we are unable to offer alterations for garments not purchased at Toronto Custom Suits.

All alterations, re-makes or adjustments are included in the price of your suit or dress shirt.

Once your order has been processed, you have 24 hours to inform us of any changes you require. After this time, your order cannot be altered as it will have begun the production process.

We recommend you see our samples in person – call us at 416 428 7085 to arrange to come into our store, or have a style consultant visit you in the comfort of your office or home with a full range of fabrics to choose from.

Our fabrics are produced in long, but ultimately limited lengths. There will be variations between fabric rolls so separate orders using the same fabric code may vary. Please contact Toronto Custom Suits before reordering items such as extra trousers to ensure the same fabric roll is still in stock.

In some cases we may be able to. We are able to get almost any luxury suiting wool or dress shirt fabric, from Loro Piana, Zegna to Thomas Mason or Alumo. We hold a broad range of fabrics and are constantly increasing and updating our range, so we are sure our current product line will be able to satisfy every requirement.

Once your measurements have been taken, your order will be held for 24 hours before being sent into production. We will cut a length of our fine Italian or British fabric which is then sent to our skilled international tailors. A cutter first makes a pattern to your exact measurements before chalking out and cutting your cloth. Your suit is then put through a series of over twenty different stages, from introducing the canvas, adding the lining and finally carefully finishing the suit with detailed hand stitching. During this process your garment will pass through three stages of quality control to make sure a consistent and quality garment is made specifically for you, every time.

Yes you can. At Toronto Custom Suits you have the choice to order as few or as many items as you want. Once we have your measurements and you are comfortable and know our fabric selection, you have the choice and flexibility of simply calling one of our design consultants to place an order for you without even having to visit us. Or, as always, you can have one of our design consultants visit you, in the comfort of your home or office.

At every fitting session or consultation our design consultants will bring samples of garments for you to see, feel, and inspect. We are confident that you’ll be impressed with our offering!

Toronto Custom Suits has a clear, transparent pricing structure. All of our garments are made to the same high standard, with the same quality of fabric. The cost only changes in line with the options, additions, or items you choose (two piece, three piece, extra trousers, etc.). For further details of our pricing structure visit our pricing page.

We do not, with the exception of overcoats. For all suits, dress shirts, trousers, sport jackets, we charge just one set amount no matter how big or small you are. For overcoats, depending upon length and amount of material used, an additional charge may be applied.

Yes, we offer either a 10% discount or free tailored shirt for any purchases of five suits or more.

Yes we do, and it’s very simple: refer a friend who buys a suit from us, and we’ll make you a free custom dress shirt. Spread the word!
